I'd love this camera as seen on this npc.

I have a Muckraking Tabloid Journalist that could really use having a camera and i'm thinking of a much more ethical investigative reporter secret identity for another hero.

    I have wanted the camera from when the pts was bugged and it was unlocked there for a bit.
