The problem is that you're linking to a web page that has an image on it. Putting those in the /IMG tags will do nothing.

You can get that link by going here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/103777099@N08/10315532433/

Right click the image, select "Original", then right click the image again, and select View Image. You have to link directly to the image, which will always end in .jpg, .gif, .png, etc.
