I forget if we can actually make small teddy bears (which are not attack toys) for personal characters...

As shown here

    Nope!

    I wish we had a become teddy bear/mecha teddy bear/steam punk teddy bear and plushy type of bodies, but noooOOoooo...

    as part of the rewards from winter event there are transmogrification devices. they only last 2 mins at a time. Hopefully this year, Cryptic will see the light and make some perm versions of these to drop as prizes from Clarence or the Assault of Misfit Toys.

    I just checked HERE and none of those colors on the bears in the vid are an option.

    To answer your question, no you can't.

    BUT...

    Seeing how they have the Teddy Bear already made, how hard would it be to break it up into pieces and sell it in a Costume Pack?

    Teddy Head(Full Helmet or Full Mask(adding some special Teddy Hats would be great too)
    Teddy Torso(falls under one of the chest options and completely covers the crotch area))
    Teddy Arms(Robot Arms)
    Teddy Legs(Robot Legs)

    I'd love a Teddy BEAR Set myself, I asked for one a LONG time ago when the Holiday Event first let you transform into these little Bears. As long as they oversize the pieces it would be like putting our characters in a big suit, much like a mascot. Heck, they could make a Full Mascot Pack if they wanted to. I'd buy it!

    Of course, if they do come out with this set it MUST come with a COMBAT SUPER SHRINKER!!! Just sayin'.

    Or someone with one normal arm and one teddy bear arm, covered in weird stitching, fused with a stuffed bear in a science experiment gone horribly wrong.

    I want a teddy bear in a bubbledome topped mech! So please make sure the teddy bear head/helmet can be used with bubbledomes!

    I would buy such a set and buy rainbow flight.

    You need to pick up the new advantage on the power

    Care Bear Stare (2 Advantage Points)
    Eye beam becomes a charge power instead of maintain.

    1. sorry but the mental picture of you in a teddy set.... I just had a few braincells explode.
    Just becasue you wear your underwear on the outside is no reason to wear a teddy set(2 parts, small wrap top and underpants- usually lace and very thin material)

    after getting my surviving braincells together(I may to hatch some more this weekend after this weeks threads) Teddy BEAR costume sets would be hilarious. Especially all the nasty toys from the becomes.

    That video is hilarious, but I don't think I could make a sickening cute toon even if it shot death rays from it's eyes. It would be awesome if we could have a permanent version of those teddy bear transform things. As long as it doesn't turn into a Become device. Those things are icky.

    And "yes" to the costume set. Traumatizing as it will be.

    If we cannot get it as a costume set...

    I wonder if we could get it as a toggle device perhaps? Like Dark Aura?

    Man, now I'm tempted to make a character called The Bear with two costumes - one a heavyset dude in biker gear, and the other an anthropomorphic ursine.

    It dawned on me that the Teddy Bear Arms/Legs should instead be placed into the Robot Arms/Legs categories.

    It would be awesome If we could get the Teddy Bear parts for Christmas!
    The Teddy Head looks PERFECT for a PANDA character! (and as long as they keep the access to HATS)
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergiesPlaying since 1 February 2011 98+ Characters (7 ATs, 91 FFs) ALTitis for Life!

    attacks- sits on you- aoe- CC - disoriented, held, choking DoT.
