Toon renaming contest: win Gs

Hi,
I have yet another alt that'll be 40 soon, Geo Star. As the name implies, its an Earth based toon that I will type a guide for. However, I'm not too fond of his current name. Its too simple. Too bland.

So, since I tend to be the indecisive type, here's an opportunity to for a contest. Rename my toon!! Some criteria & rules:

1. Be Earth based or express something to Earth
Examples Mountain Star, Rock Star, Land Star, Colossal Star, Titan Star
2. One Word
3. That one word goes well with the 'Star' ending
4. please don't replicate what someone else already posted.

Rewards: 700G.

I'll post winner a week from now :-)

    If my Latin is correct, this should translate to:
    "From The Earth A Star Rises"

    Or, if you are locked into just one word, try "Ortus" for Rising, or "Scansio" for Ascendant.

    Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn are the three Earth Star Signs of the Zodiac. Any of them could be useful as a Toon name.

    For the word "Star" consider the Latin Sidus which, in addition to Star, can mean Land, Region, or Season.

    Personally, I think "Sidus Scansio" or "Scansio Sidus" would make a nice "Comic Book" style name that, while not exactly perfectly correct in terms of the Latin, would at least make a half-way decently cool meaning.
    "Orta Sidus" or "Sidus Orta" scan nicly too.

    Earth Star

    n. - A curious fungus of the genus Geaster, in which the outer coating splits into the shape of a star, and the inner one forms a ball containing the dustlike spores i.e. it's actually a thing, so it makes sense for a name.

    Lode Star (or Load Star)

    Again, based on a real word, a lodestar is a guiding star, but also sounds like lode or lodestone (as in the metal found in deep layers of the earth, magnets, etc.)

    As always I will break one rule of the contest. Because I'm such a rebel :biggrin: I will offer these names:
    1. Staraarde. Aarde means earth in dutch language.
    2. Startero. Tero means earth in esperanto language.
    3. Jorden Star. Jorden means earth in norwegian language.
    4. Yuta Star. Yuta means earth in cebuano language.
    5. Tremor Star.
    6. Seismic Star.

    Sorry, I got no name suggestions. Just want to say that I'm looking forward to another quality guide from you. =) I've been glancing at the Earth set for a little while now...

    Dwarf Star (yes, the dwarves are known to they relationship with erath things, and there is some in the sky too ;)

    Name could depend of the costume(s) too, it would help if you can show what he looks like.

    Anyway, Earth and stars are quite opposite. Your challenge is quite challenging, but Geo Star was fine, agree with the Finn. Ringo Star is cool too, but not alone ;p.
    No, seriously: save the zen to buy something really cool, that's my advice.
