To Cryptic: Concerning 4th July Event

If the existing random disconnects don't get fixed before the following weekend starts, then I highly recommend extending it by a few days to give those who are currently finding it irritating enough to stop playing a chance to get the travel power. Do the right thing Cryptic.

    Have they even acknowledged that there is a connection/whatever problem with CO?

    Of course not. When was the last time Cryptic actually admitted anything?

    But with any luck, their server/network will collapse as completely as it did after the Neverwinter launch...

    Well to be fair they have handed out things in the past to compensate for customer inconvienience, so I don't think they would just ignore it this time.

    What should we ask for* ?





    *besides retcons they are default and sometimes necessary.

    yes, thats because I messaged him and linked the thread.

    It works better if you actually point them at a problem thread, rather than just opening it and hoping they see it.
