I have played with this build for about a week and so far it is pretty awesome, its able to deal pretty good damage and has a good amount of survivability. Frenzy is the main stay AoE atack for mobs and telekinetic malestrom is for stunning and as a opener against mobs. Reason for breach and annilation is becuase breach can be used as a debuff/spam attack and annilation is sorta that heavy hitting finisher, which really helps against bosses. So far, its pretty good, and it can be converted into an Invl tank easily, but I am just sorta wanting second opinion on it, plus I like seeing other peoples insights, it makes changing things easier, if needed.
