Ninja-y Claws build?

So, Dragon's Claws looks like a pretty cool attack. So I'd like to make a build that tries to take advantage of it. Still haven't gotten any character to 40 yet, so leaning the ropes. Any advice is appreciated. Ninja theme is flexible with all the weird mystical stuff ninjutsu can do, so feel free to recommend anything that might be helpful. Thanks a lot.

Ninja? Might want to look into Night Warrior. Gives you the stealth stereotypical to ninja characters, as well as a decent boost to single target damage when you're coming out of stealth. Won't give as high a damage boost as Way of the Warrior, but it does reduce charge times by a little bit, which means hitting with Dragon's Claws more often.

Can also take Ricochet Throw for clearing out low-health groups of enemies in one attack.

Evasive Maneuvers with its unique advantage could also be helpful. It puts you into stealth, and has a chance to wipe all threat from you.
Dasher@Tool-box, donning his armor to prance into battle and blitz the enemy! No joke!
Cupid@Tool-box, stunningly radiant stag ready to play matchmaker between villain and arrow!
Vixon@Tool-box, frighteningly eager to summon despair for his adversaries!
Jebin Zedalu@Tool-box, elementalist weaponmaster. ...One of these things is not like the others!

Stealth is okay I guess, but I like that Way of the Warrior boosts survivability. Tough call. Ricochet throw might be an option. And Smoke Bomb has the same threat dropping functionality as Evasive Maneuvers, except as 100% chance, yes?

Night Warrior gives a dodge/avoidance boost, as well, just like Way of the Warrior. I'm not sure if it's the same amount, but it's there.

Smoke Bomb doesn't remove threat, to my knowledge. It only puts you in stealth, and it has a far higher cooldown and energy cost.
