A few minor things that have been disproportionately bothering me

Talkrage emote is broken, and has been for a long time. It used to be my favorite emote. I'm not sure when it happened, but it's been broken. It used to loop between all of it's animations continually. Now it only plays animation A or B once, followed by being stuck looping animation C.
It still operates properly for villains in cutscenes. Just not for players.
Secondly, even when 'Always On, Never Cancel' is enabled, energy builders now shut off whenever you zone.
They used to stay on when you zoned. Heck they used to stay on when you logged out and back in.
I'm assuming it's a bug, because Always On, Never Cancel, implies that they will never cancel. (naturally). And also because I'm pretty sure no one ever asked for the change, as it diminishes QOL (quality of life), not enhances it. There were plenty of modes available for those who wanted the EB to shut off.
