Aftershock Bug?

Am I the only one having this problem? I'm on the part where you guide Ellie to her room and I have tried every variants of Ellie's name (ellie, elizabeth etc) both on her and on her next hiding spot and she won't move! I've been spamming her name in local chat for like 10 minutes and she isn't moving. I've done this mission successfully a few times in the past nad haven't experienced this issue before. It also doesn't work for Edna. Anyone else with this problem or is it just me?
