missions blocking inventory

okay admittedly this is not a huge problem as I could simply move either my inventory window or the missions journal window...but before I do that is there a way to make the inventory window always be on top...ie, when I pull up my inventory the writing from the mission tracker is over top of the inventory window, I can still hover over things and move things in inventory, its just that before the patch this didn't happen..when inventory window was pulled up it was on top of the writing.

as I said I realize I can move things so this doesn't happen but I am so used to things where they are I was hoping there was an option somewhere that I was unaware of to make the inventory be on top when it was pulled up...as it was before patch.

only solution I've found so far is to kill the game and start it back up again.

I also hate how some of your bags get obscured by your equipped items and whatnot, which is caused by probably the same issue.

I can drag the bags around the screen and then they will always appear in that spot afterward. Can you not do this?

I've found opening a bag by clicking on it and the closing it by clicking the SAME belt/bag icon seems to work fine. It's when you use the red X in the upper corner that jacks it all up, so I've trained myself to avoid it.

    Seems to work for me.

There's a small triangle icon to the right of the minimap that toggles the mission tracker on and off.
