Are we still fighting in Iraq?

I have a question, are we still fighting the war in Iraq? I mean, everyone seems to have powers... So is it possible a great feud still going on? And by the matter, has North Korea taken over South Korea in game. I'm just wondering this because, it could be a great way introduce Earth and Oil powers in game.
And one more thing, is there a Arabic champion right now in the mid east? :confused:

    Yes, there are still things going on over there. ;)

    And yes, there are Middle Eastern supers (as well as some US military supers active over there). You can get a brief summary of things in Champions Universe (which comes out in a couple weeks); for more information, including character sheets for a bunch of villains and heroes, see the 5E supplement Champions Worldwide. (Caveat: CWW was published about five years ago, so it doesn't touch on anything that's happened since then.)
