Possible Nemesis Bug Fix

I know many people were complaining that they have either not been getting attacked by their nemesis minions or not getting clues. I had been lucky for a while but then I was faced with the same problem. After a few days of nothing I finally spoke to the captain outside of the police station where you make your nemesis he did not say anything out of the ordinary nor did I hand in a mission or receive one. However a few minutes later I was attacked by my nemesis minions got a clue and was back on track with my nemesis. Anytime it seems that I'm not getting attacked I just go talk to him and I get attacked a few minutes later. I hope this works for everyone.

I'm gonna go try this now and hope for the best. In case it doesn't work though, I was told in game that there's a dedicated thread that allows us to report no longer getting attacked by our Nemesis. Not seeing anything in my search results though. Can anyone link me to it?
