Synch Announcement Times with Server Times

Please either adjust the server time below the minimap so that it is in PST, since you make all of your announcements in PST, or make timed announcements in the same timezone as the server time. To me, it was quite annoying to see the in-game announcement that the server was coming down for patching at 1am, then realize that was not an hour away but rather a few minutes.
