Vibora Bay Zone Missions

My Proposal is that Vibora Bay get the same treatment as QWZ and all4 open missions being completed within 30 minutes unlock a Boss mission much like the Eidolon of Destruction.
I, Zombie (Initializes The Clock upon Completion)

Must be completed within 30min.
Completing all three Open Missions in the time limit unlocks the Harbinger to awaken in the Vibora Bay!
The swamp waters of of Vibora Bay off the docks sink and the land itself becomes a haunted grove and a team of 20+ Heroes must defeated the haunted land itself and drive back the Bleak Harbinger, the accumulated dark magic of the bay. Small change that instead of Lemurians the adds are the dark magic of Vibora Bay: Vampires, Warewolves, Zombies, Trey Kings, and Nephilim.
At the 2nd 3rd of the Harbinger's Life he summons the SKUNK APE! The Skunk Ape tries to get to the magical core of the Harbinger to cure itself. An additional Tank and/or Crowd Controller must keep the Skunk Ape occupied with threat or held. If he Ape gets to the Harbinger they both get alot stronger causing a lot of poison damage to the entire field and the Harbinger becomes invulnerable. You can Defeat the SKUNK APE (Much like the Baby Teliosaurus) but the goal is to defeat the Harbinger is able to be damaged again.
Can Crowd Control Tentacles but they will respawn if defeated (like dogs). The Tentacles are Stationary so CC needs to travel between all four or multiple CC's are welcomed to target specific tentacles to turn down the boss DPS. Each Tentacle has a hold they cast in their PBAoE that disables travel powers and looks like a Vines version of Grasping Shadows. Heroes can break free but encourage players to use breakfree on teammates to get back in the DPS fight.
Defeating the Bleak Harbinger completes a open mission that drops Qliptothic Store points like the Eidolon of Destruction. And also drops Eido Secondary drops and some custom Vibora Bay costumes like Black Mask's costume (please Update Black Mask's Costume), Sister Rain Costume, and other cool stuffs
*Please fix King's Throng to Proc Phase 3 properly. There's one Vibora Bay
