Bite: Furor Venenum bug

The stun advantage on this power is not working properly. Its stated that it has a 20% chance to stun targets yet *guaranteed* if the target is *bleeding* or poisoned. When i use bite on a bleeding target, the stun does not proc, nor does the furious buff. It works randomly on the powerhouse training dummies failing more often than not, but mobs outside the powerhouse, it does not reliably work.

Edit: I would assume the initial 20% chance to stun is still applying but not the 100% chance on bleeding/poisoned targets
