Isaiah Pilgrim: Muni-Darkness-Healer

Way too many costume options in this game. An idea on how to use a specific costume piece prompted another new caracter, a healer that merges darkness and muntions with healing.

I looks pretty neat. I may get a decent single-target attack for other content, but that's not a big priority on a healer build overall. I wish Soul Vortex's Fear adv was better, though, since iirc it's only a 15% proc chance on 1-sec tick.

Yep, since most non-endgame content focuses on mowing down hapless mooks, and in most endgame content I will be focused on healing, I thought I'd go for an AoE as my main attack. Agreed that it would be nice if Vortex was a bit better on applying fear, but it's one of those powers that I will be recasting every time it comes off CD, so Fear should be up most of the time and its main purpose is to apply Dependency. I wish the CD on Stun Grenade were a bit shorter, but it fits the theme and the pursuit of perefection leads to madness.

Jokes aside, it seems a nice build, but for the sake of discussion...

..why not make it primary PRE? the spec tree is good and you probably do not need the crit aspect of EGO for dps.
Also, Gifts of the Storm does not seem to trigger much here, unless I am missing something.

I went with Ego because I already have a Pre PSS AoPM healer and wanted to try something different. The crit bonuses won't help with Iniquity, but will with Life Drain and Arcane Vitality. Gifts of the Storm should give bonus healing to allies when I am using Life Drain (in theory). Gotta have Vortex to apply Dependency.

I see, the same reasoning that guides many of my heroes (I have one AoPM hero for each PSS)!
I am curious on how good dependency is once boosted by Compassion...
