Crystal build help

I'm looking for some help with a toon with a crystal forming theme. I was thinking of making ice objects and then using shatter as primary dps, kinda like an idealized Icicle AT. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Shatter is not that great overall, but you can still employ it in AoE w/ the Ice Objects if you want. Here's an example:

The last 2-3 powers could be w/e. Ice Object powers can include Ice Cage, Wall of Ice, and/or Ice Burst.

Shatter benefits from Chilled, the Cold Snap buff, and/or Ice Objects, so you could throw that out if those are up, and otherwise use Avalanche as your main AoE. For single-targets, you can use Ice Blast to put up and refresh both Chill and Hard Frost, while Icicle Spear is your main attack. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some End and Con.
