Why can we use the the doors to exit the Harmon Labs alert?

Like if we can one button leave the alert why can't we just use the same doors to walk back into the alert? It seems like every time this alert enters the rotation I'll misaligned my hands on the keyboard at least once and walk out the door when I just wanted to turn around. Could you please just
disable the exit button, spawn us away from the exit, or just let us rejoin the alert?

    Late to this, but setting your exit notification to ask every time might help?
    Not sure if pre-completion exiting the instance asks or not.

    No sadly, this is right at the start of the alert, it's possible to exit the map before the mission even launches
    if you have "e" or "f" as your interaction button and your hand isn't over "wasd" but misaligned over "esdf" by mistake you'll end up outside of Harmon labs with no way back in.
