Uses Fire's various CC options as holds to help proc various spec-related debuffs (most notably, Sentinel Mastery). You can use Fire Breath as your main AoE attack and as an AoE hold (when you complete a full channel of it). Heat Wave can be used on single-targets instead to proc the various debuffs. You'll also generally want to keep the Firesnake up in combat, and you can use Incinerate as a basic single-target nuke. It has a basic tank/ally heal in Iniquity, and Absorb Heat to help w/ AoE healing, as well as rezes. Gears mostly for Rec (for Smoldering), w/ some Con and Pres.

(not an early leveling build, ofc)

Keeps Firesnake and Flashfire up, while using Incinerate for single-targets and Conflag for AoE. Has a similar basic healer kit as the other build. Also gears mostly for Rec, w/ some Con and Pres.

You could also use a different slotted passive than Hearth for either build, though Hearth is okay for the powerset if you want a mix of a dps and supprot passive.

This is my version of a fire-based healer. While Dex is PSS he is mostly stacking Pre. I took Warmth just to be different. His main task is keeping hapless dps alive, not tanks.
