Help With a Court Jester Build

I want to make a court jester type character. When I think of a court jester, I think of someone who is really acrobatic with lots of dodging and reflexes. Basically, like Harley Quinn from DC comics. I know I want him to carry a giant mallet and to use Attack Toys.

Also, maybe some abilities from Gadgeteering or Munitions (I have the Ping Pong Gun weapon skin). Maybe even throw in the Boomerang ability. I want his attacks to be very cartoony.

Is there still a way to create a 100% dodge build or is that not possible anymore? I want it hard for enemies to land a hit on him.

I can play in any roll. I play solo and alerts.

I am also using all six pieces of Armadillo gear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Eh, I wouldn't spread his powers too wide. The base sounds like it should be w/ HW, assuming you plan on making him use that mallet. You prob won;t be able to manage a 100% dodge build, since that takes a pretty strict array of powers, specs, and gear. You could just use R3 WotW or NW as the (dps) passive, and use R2 MD to temporarily get past 100% dodge, at least. Here's an example build for it:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.44:37

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Sonic Blaster
    Level 1: Cleave (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 6: Pulverizer
Level 8: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3, Silent Running)
Level 11: Form of the Tempest
Level 14: Ricochet Throw (Rank 2, Microelectronic Controllers)
Level 17: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)
Level 20: Arc of Ruin (Rank 2, No Quarter)
Level 23: Masterful Dodge (Rank 2)
Level 26: Attack Toys (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Mini Mines (Stim Pack)
Level 32: Voodoo Doll (Rank 2)
Level 35: Evasive Maneuvers (Slight of Mind)
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 33/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

The last power can be w/e ya want.

Charged Ricochet throw gives you a strong AoE opener from NW's Sneak, as well as a basic ranged attack. RThrow can't proc the EU here, but it's a pretty cheap power to use anyways. Your main melee attacks will be Cleave and Arc of Ruin (the latter can help debuff), while you can also throw the Mini Mines in there for another self-heal option. I also added Evasive Maneuvers for the theme and for a threat wipe. Additional acrobatics can come form the travel power(s). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

If he wants to be tough, doesn't care about DPS and can use his imagination, I'd say go with Invulnerabilty and in your mind call the damage mitigation "dodging." Players get too caught up on power names, rather than the effects they want.

Implosion Engine might make a fun last power. Think of it as "throwing in the kitchen sink."

To my mind, the ultimate toonish looking power is Skullcrusher. Doesn't do the top dps, but tap-spamming it will give you much of the visual you are after.

Do you have the aura that adds a visual noise effect to your attacks? That might help.

You can use incendiary grenade to apply clinging flames if you want gadgets but it wont net you energy from enrage/pulverize.
