So I am doing an infernal character but I am not a fan of Pestilence so I went with Regeneration and plan to stay in hybrid role for the time being, here's the build:

It looks like it could potentially work okay overall, as long as energy is generally fine (esp when using Defile). If you are using Infernal Blast more often then you could consider ranking it. Concentration or Chilled Form could also potentially work as the toggle/form here instead. Also, you don't really need the special adv on Corrosive Pit, since you have the Wisp for Debilitating Poison already.
