Dual Passive Horsemen of the Apocalypse Build

I was working on my four toons that are based on the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and it got me thinking. Would it be possible to put all four horsemen into one toon? As a dual passive. I could just switch horsemen through the costume slots depending on what role I need at the time.

I went straight to the HeroCreator and came up with a build.

Here is the build I came up with along with an explanation on how to incorporate each ability for each horsemen. Let me know what you all think of this build and if it's even possible.

Sonic Blaster? It is only the energy builder, but that's a bit odd of a choice here. Anyways, mixing 2 themes in 1 is already pretty difficult, much less mixing 4 in 1. The build is very scattered atm, and I think Invuln and NW (or maybe Unstoppable or WotW) would be better passives, since they are more generalized. It may be helpful to just condense both Famine and Pestilence into using the same ranged powers, but different roles/passives, while doing the same for War and Death (but both being melee-focused instead). Then you can use a horseman depending on what general role or position you want to fill: Ranged dps-tank (Famine), Ranged dps (Pestilence), Melee dps-tank (War), and Melee dps (Death). Here's an example build for that:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Any / Multiple)
    v3.44:37

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Specialist (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Int: 8, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 18: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 21: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Infernal Bolts
Level 1: Infernal Blast (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Venomous Breath (Rank 2, Paralytic Bile)
Level 8: Form of the Tempest
    Level 11: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Guide)
    Level 17: Conjuring
    Level 20: Resurgence
Level 23: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Cleave (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Arc of Ruin (Rank 2, No Quarter)
    Level 32: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Void Shift
Level 38: Ebon Void (Rank 2)
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
Level 6: Cold Front (Rank 2)
Level 35: Shadow Wings (Rank 2)

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

All 4 horseman should use the Wisp to roll Conjuring here, while they also all share Conviction, Resurgence, Void Shift, and Ebon Void. Death and War both use Arc of Ruin and Cleave, while War uses the Hybrid role + Invuln and Death uses the Melee DPS role + NW. Pestilence and Famine both use IBlast (or perhaps Lash) and Venom Breath, while Famine uses the Hybrid role + Invuln and Pestilence uses the Ranged dps role + NW. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Int and Con (and some cost discount on gear).

Thanks Flow. I do like the idea of using Lash w/ Decay instead of IBlast but I'm not sure about Death and War. I was hoping they could use different weapons because I have the scythe weapon skin that I want to use for Death and I didn't want War to use a scythe too. That's why I was thinking Dual Blades for War. Is that possible?

As for using Sonic Blaster I had the idea of my character being a normal person that turns into each of the four horsemen due to an experiment from a mad scientist. Kind of like multiple personalities with powers. So the only thing he has on him is a Sonic Blaster that he stole from the lab he was held captive in.

Plus I was really hoping to use the Pestilence passive for Pestilence That way he has that disease and decay feel.

You don't need the Decay adv on Lash, if taking it, cause you already apply Debilitating Poison w/ the Wisp.

It's going to be tricky to accommodate all your parameters, but I guess you can use just Blade Tempest for War, since it can cover both AoE and single-target well (and just use Hybrid + Invuln for him). This will save you on power slots, at least. Pestilence and Famine could also both just use DE and Venom Breath. For example:

I didn't include a block enhancer (to have more room for other powers), cause I figured this build is for casual content. You could drop/replace a different power if you wanted to add back in a block enhancer, though. The build still uses the Wisp universally for Conjuring. Death uses taps of Arc of Ruin to apply No Quarter, and uses Cleave as its main attack. War can get by w/ just using Blade Tempest, since it's both a decently strong cleave attack and also applies Shredded innately. Pestilence and Famine utilize the same basic attacks, but Pestilence can employ its dps passive (instead of Invuln) and a DPS role.

This is awesome! Thanks Flow. I will actually be doing a lot of Alerts but no end game stuff. I use the Armadillo Gear for all of my toons for that 50% damage resistance and it's worked out really well.

I went ahead and put a point in Challenge! on the Blade Tempest ability and made War take the tank role. I feel War should be a tank. I hope that will work.

Alright, and yeah you can do that w/ War if you want. The lack of a ranked block enhancer will hurt a bit more there, but I suppose if the content isn't that hard overall then it doesn't matter too much.
