Reboot servers - grab queue stuck for hours .

Grab queue has been stuck for almost 5 hours now, and a quest NPC hasn't respawned for 2 hours despite
removing and retaking the quest . We have also tried getting a group together to kickstart the Grabqueue
but after several attempts, the queue is still bugged.
/Edit OK so... 2 minutes after making this post, i try queing again for Grabs and.. it works.
I'm going to check if the NPC has finally respawned.
/Edit. Nope. the NPC still haven't respawned. The missing Photographer - George Hendrickson - in Canada.

first time in over 2 hours. And i did NOT retake the quest.
