Edit: You'll have to forgive me for the build names, I was quite tried when I was making this post :p. Note to Self: Don't do this again. But I changed them now!

Heyo!

So it wouldn't be a Cry build if it wasn't either yet another "Psioinc" build!, yeah I have a obsession with it :s

But in all seriousness, I wanted to go back to a few old build of mine that I had in mind, before making my other builds, so the names might be a bit confusing, but I've tired to name them to their thame as much as possible. (I vagley remaber I tired to make a build like this before, but with limited skins and costumes it didn't work out).

Dynamokinesis Build: For this build I wanted to take inspiration from the Templars from X-COM 2, The main part of the build will be useing Dual Psi Blades with some small mixture of Electricity.

Ego Weaponry/Annihilation will be my main source of damage, Mental Storm will be for my Stress Proc and to give the "Electricity" like thame to it, Same goes for Lighting Strike. Open Plam Strike is suppose to be my "Pull Mobs" to me and strike them with the AoE (once they are in range).

The inspiration powers from the Templar are: Volt/Ionic Storm/Invert (Can't Swap with Mobs, but can still shift to them). "Ghost" can mimic Summon Nightmares. My shield is suppose to be Deflect like power. (Hance why I have the Adv of it). (last two powers I don't kown)

(If you wish for a source, feel free to look it up)

Now of course, the build can change around, to make sure the build works right.

I may end up going for the same stats, as the Plasma below, but a bit different, the current one is just a place holder.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Plasmakinesis: For this build, I am going for a Single Ego Blade (I had gone for Plasma Blade, but the Aura, doesn't work for them sadly). This will focus on Ego Blades as well, but with a small mix of Telepathy or Fire?

To be clear, The OC has a "Synthetic Arm" that she uses as her weapon, her "Blade" is hot Plasma (the fire effect from the PSI blades fits this well).

Those are some, uh.. elaborate build names. Not gonna pretend I know the sources well :p

For the 1st build: Open Palm Strike's AoE is quite narrow. You'd prob have a better time using BCF w/ it's Righteous Fury adv to pull mobs in. You could also get Siphoning on Ego Weaponry, but this will also lower its dps considerably, so that's your choice. You'll also want to get MStorm's special adv, though it's not in the planner atm. Ranking Mental Leech also isn't that important overall (it's heal effect doesn't get boosted by rank, and its dmg is kinda low anyways). I may also get Con SS, so you're not as squishy. Here's a quick edit of it:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.44:37

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Kinetic Darts
Level 1: Ego Weaponry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Id Mastery (Rank 2, Rank 3, Id Blades)
    Level 8: Mental Discipline
    Level 11: Telekinetic Reverberation
    Level 14: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 17: Ego Blade Annihilation (Rank 2, Mental Acuity)
Level 20: Burning Chi Fist (Righteous Fury)
Level 23: Mental Storm (Rank 2) *add Stress adv
Level 26: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Lightning Strike
Level 32: Summon Nightmare (Rank 2, Night Terror)
Level 35: Electric Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 30/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Athletics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

The last power slot can be for w/e. I tried to keep most of the powers in there. Alternates between Ego Weaponry and EBA for single-target dps. For AoE, charged BCF's adv can pull things in a wide area around you, and then you can follow-up w/ Ego Weaponry's cleave and w/ MStorm. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec and Con (and some cost discount on gear).

    --

The 2nd build mainly lacks a strong single-target attack atm. You can also pick EBA here, if you don't mind using it again. I'd prob also drop Empathic Healing, and you prob don't need the Stress refresh adv on TK Shards if you're using the basic combo to put it up. Here's an edit of it:

    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Left a power slot open again. It plays pretty similarly to the 1st build, but there's still some differences here and there (and ofc the TK Blade anims will be a bit different). EB Frenzy can be the main AoE too. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec and Str.

    --

Ah, Mind Control, my old (not-)friend..

The 3rd build lacks a slotted passive atm (Ego Form is fine). It also lacks a way to put up Stress; I thought you'd do that via MStorm, if not via TK Strike. TK Assault is also a bit redundant w/ TK Lance. Also, you will want to switch to Mental Precision as the toggle/form here, and get 3/3 in Sixth Sense for Ego PSS (since Dex is the focus here). Here's an edit of it:

The free slot is there for anything that's not named Mind Control. Alternates between TK Strike and TK Lance for single-target dps, and TK Burst is your main AoE. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec.

As usual, DEX/Rec/Con could also work as the SS setup here.

Yeah you'll have to forgive me for the build names, I was quite tried when I was making this post :p , I will go back and edit it. However I will clarify what the builds are about here:

So for the first build: This build took inspiration from the Templars from X-COM 2, to give you a short TL:DR, The Templars use Psi Blades with a mix of Lighting like powers, that are all "Psion" based. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyAQdUn46Sk (If you so desire)

Now of course we don't have "Gauntlet Blades" yet, but with the right setup (Invs psi-blades) you can sustain your belief a little. The power's I've took inspiration from are: Volt/Ghost and Iconic Storm. (Aka: Summon Nightmare/Metal Storm/Storm Strike?)

There is another power that I took from, it's some form of "Stun Strike" like power, that petty much as a cut-copy of how Open Palm Strike looks like (Same thing).

As for the 2nd build: This wasn't inspired by anything remotely, but for context, the OC uses a Synthetic Arm that is based off a "Remnant" race, thus she uses that arm as a weapon. that forms "Plasma Fire" that she does use for combat. (Aka: Single Psi Blade). Now I can use some Fire Powers in this, but I am restricted to the Right Hand.

Now for the last build: This build was kinda a mix of a lot of stuff, inspired by (XCOM/Watch Dogs, etc), but I won't go into all the details for this, the main point is the build is a pure Mentalist Build (Using both Trees). The "Optik" part of the name was just her useing "Cybernetics" like a Amplifier. (if you where curious).

So I hope that clears it up a bit, but now onto the builds themselves!

Yes, I may end up going for BCF w/ it's Righteous Fury, but I will toy around with them both, to see what I like out of the two. I'll likely not get Siphoning as it reduces the damage quite a bit.

MStorm's special adv I already have on, but sadly the planner won't show it and yes I'll get Con, as I do want some tanking.

Ah yes, I must of missed EBA, my bad on that, I'll be def putting it in. Shards I'll have to toy around with see what I'll like (Or I may go for Flash Fire).

Hey I like Mind Control :/

It lacked a Passive?, oh boy, I was sleepy when I tired to made these, this build is a hell of a mess, so yes, everything you said here, you are correct in.

I'll go trough each build and see what I can do.

So here is the first build:

I've decided to stick with Open Plam Strike, it's a bit narrow, but it works well and I don't want to draw in too meny mobs with a much bigger range, in-case I can't kill them fast enough. Mental Storm does have the Adv, but I can't reflect it here, so I've gone for "Rank 3" in the Planner.

Kept in End-Rush and Resruge as well, as suggested, removed the adv from my shield, as I don't think it will be too useful and kept in Nightmares for the theme.

Not sure what the last power is gonna be tho.

Here is the 2nd build: I've gone for a small mix of Fire, to try fit the "Hot Plasma" theme, Fire Shield, Flash-Fire for a DoT in the background, Void Shift for my Lunge, Warmth for my heal and minor support. EBA as suggested.

    Last power I wasn't sure so I went with a self-res.

Well, if you really like Open Palm Strike then you can keep it for the 1st build. It'll make the build a bit harder to execute in AoE, but it's still workable.

(oh, and thanks for the extra background info on each build; it's pretty interesting)

Yeah, it's a bit difficult at times, but I can adapt to it, I guess smart thing will be is to use that power, after striking in, to suck them up and then go for the kill.

So I ended up going for Storm Strike to fit the "Ionic Storm" and ranked it up Rank 3, in favor for R2 in Resruge, that should be fine, given my high Con and End-Rush.

I did end up changing the stats to Strg PSS, for the extra HP and Cost reduction, mimics the same build as 2nd, but with Con Focus, then Rec.

No worries, I had a feeling it might of helped better ;)

Edit: 2nd build was unchanged, are both builds all fine as they are?

Flashfire is a bit of weird pick in the 2nd build, but it's fine for the theme. I guess you don't want to drop Warmth either, though you could take Absorb Heat instead to go w/ Flashfire putting up CFlames.

Storm Strike is gonna be pretty costly in the re-edit of the 1st build (and it won't proc the toggle/form or EU), but I guess you can pool energy for it and get some cost discount rating to help (since it's ranged and thus won't get Physical Peak's melee cost discount, though I may also move 1 pt in Swole to max Physical Peak here). Also, the build should still focus on Dex (not Con), assuming it's still mainly a dps build.

I'm still toying with Flash Fire, but Warmth, unless there is a better self, heal, besides Conviction, I can pick others.

As for the first build, I assume the default stat for it's cost is pretty high? 180, my gear that I have on me has dropped it down to about 79, I can do a bit better if I get something to replace one of my gear that's not doing much.

Oh and yes, I still have maxed Physical Peak, must of miss-clicked in the Planner

Edit: And yes, my focus is still on Dex, due to a DPS build

And here is the 3rd build: I ended up going for a alt AoE, Telekinetic Barrage over Burst, as I do enjoy it more, but I can switch if it becomes a issue.

108 energy at base, you mean? 79 energy isn't too bad, I guess. You may still have to energy build a bit for it, but considering the Ult's longer cd that's not a huge deal.

TK Barrage is fine as the main AoE. It is a bit expensive to use, but you can also manage that w/ decent gearing. Otherwise, the ranged TK build looks mostly fine. The Fire + TK Blades build also looks decent, for the concept.

Yeah, it was at base 108, I'll get another Gear with decent Cool-down as well to help it out a bit, but it seems fine to build up energy for it and then cast and I only tend to use the Ults in a hairy spot or bosses.

Yeah, it's a tat bit expensive but I'll sort that with gear, I chuold replace Rec.Con with Int, but I don';t think that will help much, as gear can easily sort that.

Thanks for the help as always!
