One of my Become Devices is not like the others.

I own most of the become devices, I do not expect nor need them to be as good as an AT let alone FF. The 200,000 questionite ones do not need to be as good as the 300,000 questionite ones, but I merely would like to feel as all my 200,000 questionite ones to be on par with eachother. A bad and unenjoyable idea would be to level them down to the worst one, so I hope what I am finding to be the weak one, maybe has a bug where it is looking at the wrong table or something. I like to become a character on old missions that I am over leveled with or in strong pugs. They're not for posing. I like to get some satisfying game play from them. I own 2 of the cybernetic warriors and stalled on getting a third, based on, they're not fun or effective to me as the other devices, unlike the others they're near enough just useful to pose with and I believe it to be the damage and energy use. Are they perhaps looking at an incorrect modifier?
