PBR Space Scoundrel build

Trying to build a space rogue/smuggler etc who carries around a pulse rifle but I've got no clue how to make it optimized. I want to be able to do cosmics at 40 but also level pretty easily through alerts + missions. It doesn't have to be just pulse rifle, this is a space scoundrel who plays dirty but is partial to her rifle.

Yea, having Chest Beam in there is nice for Burn Through, though you will have to be w/in 50ft to use it. I may also take Guardian spec (w/ Find the Mark) instead of Avenger spec. Your Ult also won't be boosted by Targeting Computer, but I suppose that's not the biggest deal if you mainly are taking it for Overpower. Otherwise, the build is mostly okay for a PBR-focused one. Also, if you want to boost your dps a bit, you could get Dex SS, and something like Toxic Nanites could also be considered for an added dps power.
