So you take swinging and feel cool using your grappling hook but even with a gamepad it's such a difficult travel power to use in combat.
There's a 2pt adv that adds a TINY amount of dodge/avoidance to your char, but it's only active while you're using the travel power.
By making the advantage passive (on just for taking it in your build) this advantage could finally be put to use
(It could also use a standardized buff as well to scale with Superstats)
