Overheat on lowest graphical settings

I am using a computer with AMd Radeon R7
I can run FF14 on mid to high graphic settings and PSO2 on low to mid settings for couple of hours without problems.

But i run Champions for like 20 minutes on the lowest settings and the machine heats up notoriously.
Already tried running it on Fullscreen, disabling the names on other players and the shadows, but the improvement is not much.

Any other graphical setting i should look at?

Most issues I am aware of can be Antialising, Debris effects and Bloom. Overall only the troubleshooting options you could try if that does any.
