Revamping some old toons, here's an archer I need some help with

As the title says I could use some help with rebuilding my archer. I ripped another build and changed it a bit if there's any suggestions I'd be eternally grateful:

Well, firstly Concentration doesn't scale w/ Dex, and neither does Hunter's Instinct. Ego scales up both, so I'd prob switch to using Ego PSS and an Ego focus (you can try EGO/Dex/Con, EGO/Rec/Con, or EGO/Dex/Rec). Also, assuming that you want to use Evasive Maneuvers as a threat wipe, then you'll need to get its Slight of Mind adv for it. You can trade R3 of Resurgence for that, or maybe just get a different 100ft threat wipe that doesn't take an adv to work. I'd prob also get a different self-res than Rebirth, to avoid the self-dmg that it does. Lastly, it's up to you whether you want R3 or the CC advs on Storm and/or Torrent of Arrows, but do mind the scatter KB from Torrent's adv when playing w/ allies.

Although Frag Grenade can be okay to boost Piercing dmg (keeping in mind that not all Archery powers are Piercing, or fully Piercing dmg) and adding some DoT dmg, I wouldn't drop Explosive Arrow (w/ adv), as taps of it helps boost Archery's rather low single-target dps a bit (provided you can weave it in and work around its delayed explosion). I'd still also change the self-res (if taking one), and if you want to free up a power slot (for w/e reason), then I'd consider an AO like LNL to be a lower priority here. Otherwise, the build looks alright.

If I get explosive arrow should I drop 2 points from Cape Glide and take it to rank 2 /w kaboom? Also what's a better self res? Fiery Embrace causes DoTs which looks nice?

Any other self-res is fine for a dps, since they lack the self-dmg that Rebirth deals (Rebirth can still be okay, but it's generally harder for a dps to heal through that self-DoT). As far as Explosive Shot, R2 won't do much w/ the special adv taken, since it only applies to the small initial dmg in that case (and not to the larger delayed explosion).
