Help with fixing a Freeform Character

I need help fixing my freeform character whose concept is a cyborg gunslinger. Right now his powers are basically the Gunslinger AT. I do have max Resurgence, Sniper Rifle, and Regeneration. Concept wise I should have taken Medical Nanites since my character has nanites in his body to help him heal and protect him from poisons and diseases. I would like to replace breakaway shot with another power but I am unsure which power to do that with. Should I replace my Holdout Shot that has Stimpack with something else?

I would suggest posting to Builds and Roles, and also discuss what you want to do with the character and what feels wrong about the current build.
