Make pets gain defense from player block.

It's a constant issue with builds focusing on pets that wants to do cosmics or
any other type of PvE which includes a lot of hard hitting AoE's that wipes pets
off of the face of the earth.

My suggestion is that when the player blocks, the pets also stops all actions and
receieves the full defensive bonus from the players block, for as long as the
player uses the block power.

This feature should especially be viable on both Forceshield block,
since the player can be essentially transfering the Forceshield to the pets.
