I'd prob get the Fear adv on DCollapse, and pair that w/ the Boogeyman adv on Bullet Hail. The Cursed adv on the Wisp also won't really help you much here, since the build lacks Magic-typed dmg. I may get something like Frag Grenade or Burst Shot to debuff for TGM instead. Ebon Ruin is also a bit redundant w/ TGM, since both are single-target attacks, so I'd prob cut ERuin out of the build. Here's an example edit of it:
Specializations
Ego: Force of Will(2/2)
Ego: Insight(3/3)
Ego: Follow Through(3/3)
Ego: Sixth Sense(2/3)
Guardian: Fortified Gear(3/3)
Guardian: Ruthless(2/2)
Guardian: Find the Mark(3/3)
Guardian: The Best Defense(2/3)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance(2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless(3/3)
Vindicator: Focused Strikes(3/3)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction(2/3)
Mastery: Ego Mastery(1/1)
The open power slot can be used for w/e ya want.
DCollapse can put up Fear and add a some DoT dmg, while Bullet Hail is the main AoE and TGM is the main single-target attack. Burst Shot can be tapped to quickly put up and refresh the AP debuff, to boost TGM's dmg. You can also sometimes spot-heal w/ Lifedrain, if desired. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.
So I see you went with muni EU. For the darkness power set, where does energy come from? I was thinking MSA since it’s a hybrid build and you have to pick which EU works well with both.
Not necessarily. Since most of the attacks are still Muni in my build (TGM, Bullet Hail, Burst Shot, Holdout Shot), and because KI has a buff duration, you can do fine w/ that EU here. It'd be a bit different if, say, half of your main attacks were Darkness instead, but I didn't structure my edit of the build that way. You can still make MSA (+ Int SS) work, but it'd be more dependent on you rolling cds vs. just using Muni attacks.
