Muni Blade Build

Hey there!

I made a single blade, muni build that will focus primarily on melee. Would this build workout in situations in solo settings?

R1 Masterful Dodge no longer puts you past 100% dodge, and the shared cd on ADs (and AOs) is the same as their base cd, so there's not as much of a reason to get >1 of each now. Bullet Ballet is also a bit redundant here w/ the SB stuff you already have. You could instead use Muni for utility things like Holdout Shot's heal, or maybe to have a large pbAoE option in Lead Tempest. Another approach is maybe something like Bullet Hail's bleed adv if you want to have ranged bleed options, and then you could maybe also use FotS as the toggle/form instead (more reliable for SB than FotTempest). Here's an example edit:

Muni Blade Build - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Unleashed (Str: 10, Dex: 10, Int: 8, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Martial Focus (Str: 5, Dex: 5)
Level 21: Body and Mind (Str: 5, Int: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Steady Shot
Level 1: Reaper's Caress (Rank 2, Cleaving Strikes)
Level 6: Way of the Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Form of the Tempest
    Level 11: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Molecular Self-Assembly
    Level 17: Cut Down
Level 20: Reaper's Embrace (Rank 2, No Mercy)
Level 23: Dragon's Bite (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Lead Tempest (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 32: Holdout Shot (Stim Pack)
Level 35: Energy Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 38: Intensity
    Adv. Points: 35/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Athletics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Overpower (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The AO at the end could be replaced w/ something else, if you want.

For single-targets, it builds bleeds w/ RCaress and ruptures them w/ REmbrace, while charged DBite has Rush to help you get extra energy. RCaress can also help you AoE when in melee range, and/or you can use Lead Tempest for a large pbAoE. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Int and Str.

If you want to have a bit more survival, you could also consider using Con SS (STR/Dex/Con), and maybe w/ Juggernaut in Str PSS. Steadfast could also prob work as the EU here (and then you don't really need Int for MSA).

Also, here's an alternative approach that focuses more on bleeds and using FotS:

Muni Blade Build - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Steady Shot
Level 1: Reaper's Caress (Rank 2, Cleaving Strikes)
Level 6: Form of the Swordsman
    Level 8: Unstoppable
    Level 11: Relentless
Level 14: Bullet Hail (Rank 2, Aggression)
    Level 17: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Reaper's Embrace (Rank 2, No Mercy)
Level 23: Dragon's Bite (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Holdout Shot (Stim Pack, Open Wound)
Level 32: Energy Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 35:
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 31/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Athletics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

Open power slots can be used for w/e. Has a similar SB setup to the other build, but Bullet Hail and Holdout Shot can also be used to put up bleeds when at range. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
