Browser Stops Scrolling?

Anyone else seeing this? When I paste a large block of text, such as from the HeroCreator, into this text window the window stops scrolling at the PW footer. Same thing happens if I just type in a mass of text directly, or simply hit the enter key to put in a bunch of empty lines? Happens in both Chrome and Firefox. Did PW mess up something with their forums, or is this just something with me?
