What is the fur collar/neck piece?

I'm not sure if it's a collar or neck piece. I'm pretty sure it's fur (if I'm remembering correctly) and it wraps around the neck and a little over the shoulder. I know this is a pretty meh description but I'm going off memory here heh. If anyone has any idea I'd be grateful.

Sounds like the casual jacket collar from the casual lockbox. The jacket comes with the collar unlock as well. I don't have a picture to confirm, but look up the casual jackets in the AH or the lockbox preview vendor and you'll probably find it.
