Give shadow embrace head, chest, and fist options

Title is pretty much it. Thought it'd be a really cool and maybe even simple idea to edit that one power (and maybe others?) with the head, chest, and fist options.

    That would require "Effort" to actually update emanation points system to worth a damn
    Emanation system hasn't been touched in ages and all new powers don't even support it!
