PA, lock outs, and plasma beam

Is it possible to get the PA lockout after the attacks are over reduced, as well as fixing the animation on plasma beam? Plasma beam currently displays a much longer beam than it's actual range.

I want to say the animation on the beam extends to about 75ft while the power is only a 50ft power.
