How to gain access to cybermind alert mission?

Hey everyone.

I have access to cybermind alert on some of my toons, just do not know how, or what mission, or perk gained to access said mission.

You need to complete the 2 Cybermind Missions given to you by Socrates Terminal!
After that the character will get access to the Alert Cybermind daily, always given by the Socrates​​
