Power Stacking

Hello everyone, just a quick clarification on how powers stack with more than one instance of itself? For example, if I have aura of radiant protection (AoRP) and my friend also has AoRP do the effects stack? I seem to recall reading that Inertial Dampening Field's effects stack for each instance of the power overlapping, but I haven't been able to find anything definitive.

I apologize if this information is posted somewhere, I haven't been able to find it. I tried searching the forums but didn't see anything within the first five or so pages.

Auras, and more generally, buffs and debuffs stack with diminishing returns. I don't have the equations or numbers, but this is why we dont have +500 stats when 5 people are running aopm. Likewise, when 3 people hit a boss with overpower (-20% damage resist debuff), the boss isn't really hit with -60% damage resist.
