Since it seems we are starting to get sidegrades in gear rewards, I thought it would be interesting to introduce Cursed Equipment.
This equipment would have a RED color on its name and would provide bonuses that are not normally found on other types of equipment, but there would always be an inconvenient or deadly tradeoff.
Ex: Your superspeed is able to accelerate gradually past normal limits, but you become more vulnerable to damage the faster you become.

Your single target powers have a chance to deal 30% of their direct damage as a damage over time. This damage will also be dealt to you until your maximum health reaches a certain threshold.
Some gear may even subtract from one stat to give you more of another.
