No "A Mystic Visitor" after "Unknowable"

Hi,
I had this happen to me once before and made a post about it in the missions forum, but with no joy. Now it's happened a second time:
I finished Unknowable two days ago with a character (level 33). I still haven't had the pop-up for the Lab meeting leading to the Serene Abyss arc.
All I can offer as a possible clue is that I had other Death Rattle missions on my list when I completed Unknowable. Could that have stopped the pop-up? In any case I now have two characters locked out of the arc. The other one is lvl 40 and I've been back and done Unknowable three more times with him.
It doesn't seem possible to get round this by mission sharing.
In neither of these two cases did I drop the "A Mystic Visitor" mission. It hasn't been there to drop.
