enhancement mod crafting

Currently the crafting system is only by combination and has a chance to fail.

I would like to see a level up system put into the game so that you equip only 1 mod at a time into a leveling window and at level 40 all your Experience you would have made gets transferred to the equipped mod which fills up an exp bar for that mod and when it reaches max you can use up the exp points to try and level it, if it fails the mod will vanish same as a failed combination. if it succeeds the mod will go up to the next level and cost more exp points to level again. the higher the level the more exp it will take and if you unequip the mod from the exp window all exp currently earned for that level will reset to 0.

of course this method would have limits. only mods that can be combined can also be leveled up by this method. to level vehicle mods you have to gain exp while inside your vehicle. once a mod has been leveled up by this method it becomes bound to that character and can not be traded. so if players want to sell mods they still have to do the combination method. leveling just gives them a way for personal mods to be increased without the consistent hunting of burst which players don't like to do. you can get a mod you like then level it by joining low level players in grab alerts instead of farming burst alerts.

the experience window equip can be a 3rd tab in the mod crafting window. so you can still combine other mods while the exp mod is equipped you just can't equip more than 1 exp mod at a time.
