Did a few perks got discontinued? (Please ignore)

I completed Resistance a few weeks ago, but, for some reason, all the perks related to completing it (Arcanist, Shadow's End and Resistance Fighter) didn't get unlocked.
Did the game discontinued the distribution of select perks, or was it a bug/glitch?
EDIT: Okay, so it turns out that I somehow DID get the perks, but they weren't categorized properly, as they weren't on the Adventure Packs perk group.
