It looks pretty decent for a TP-based healer overall. Ranking Mental Leech doesn't improve the HoT, afaik, so you could take off ranks from there if you need some free adv points. You could also switch to Eld Shield as the block enhancer for the better Non-physical dmgRes. Ego Sleep could also be nice to add in, cause it can help CC/debuff and proc most spec-related debuffs here, and then you could also consider taking the MM adv on Ego Storm to make it more of a fire-and-forget AoE power (since it won't proc the spec debuffs then).
