Best SSS for End PSS Wind Build

I've got tons of End mods and so I thought I might try an End PSS Wind build as a change of pace. I am curious what the optimum SSS would be for a DPS build. Would End-Dex-Ego (just base Ego for lvl 40; no mods because of DR) be the way to go? I could imagine also End-Dex-Con and maybe End-Dex-Rec (with some talents for Ego in either of these latter two).

I would use Justice Gear. End PSS has no special bonuses for crit chance or severity and so both are relatively low. So, in the Off piece would it be best to go 2 x Severity mods, or maybe 1 Gambler and 1 Severity, or something else?

    I guess you'd be throwing something like Ball Lit w/ adv + Power Source in there, if End-stacking. Since Typhoon is costly, you may or may not end up getting good mileage from End PSS's Outburst, but it'd prob depend rather heavily on your gear if you can cap out your energy before each Typhoon fires off. Either way, End PSS's Hardened means that you don't need to gear for as much Con or maxHP. Would prob still throw Power Conversion or Dark Transfusion in there, but you may end up not needing it.

    Ionic Reverb could prob also work here, assuming Ball Lit is kept up. Getting Stagger on Gust could be nice for helping out group dps a bit, though it means passing on R3. Typhoon could apply Stagger instead, though you'd have to throw a Disorient in there (Hurl w/ advs can apply Demolish and Disorient, for example, and Disorient can also buff Gust's dmg a bit).

    Wind still isn't great for single-target dps, either way, but it would still have good burst dps and AoE potential.

    Severity rating still DR's pretty heavily, while the severity specs are flat %ages that are DR-free. I'd prob still go w/ a mix of severity rating and crit rating for End PSS dps, instead of doubling up on severity rating.

    I was taking a slight different tack. Kind of a melee range build, though with Typhoon for any situations which seem to require staying at range or a real spike of damage.

    For AoE close in it's hit Neuroelectric Pulse-Ball Lightning-Sparkstorm-Hurricane. For hopefully higher close in DPS I'd use Typhoon instead of Hurricane. Much will depend on energy management. Still theory crafting.

    Ah I see. Well, Hurricane is good pbAoE, though it could be annoying for melee allies vs trash. You'd have a good bit of control over that aspect of it, though. Still won't be very high single-target dps, but that's also just the way Wind is atm.
