Need help with range dps build

would like a ice dps build maybe? Or any other range dps doing good damage by using Dex as main stt.

Well, that could be most any ranged dps build w/ Chilled Form.. but mine as well stick to Ice, since it was mentioned and is fine enough:

The open power slot can be w/e ya want.

Puts up Hard Frost and Chill w/ Ice Blast, while Ice Spear is your main single-target filler attack, and Ice Bast can refresh Hard Frost and 3x Chill (since Ice Spear's Chill proc isn't guaranteed). Also threw in the Spear's 1pt CFlames adv and Rimefire for some extra burst dps that way, though if you want to go with pure Ice then you can skip Rimefire for something else. Avalanche (or Frost Breath) can be the main AoE here, while Whirlpool is a nice dps ult, and Ice Sheath is a pretty solid dps AO for Ice builds. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some End and Con.

Other SS setups could work here too, ofc, as could Night Warrior for the passive (due to the charged attacks). You could also consider Wind's Stormbinger if you want some Crushing resistance.

Mine is a little different from Flows. If you want to be more glass cannon saw Dex for Con. I find 2 ADs useful, depending on the situation, but you could swap that for whatever.
