So, my main character that I haven't played as in months has been severely nerfed. I think this might be due to the Wardicator bug fix (not that I even knew that was a thing) and now he has very minimal stats and is way too easy to kill during events like Save the Earth. If someone could please review it and give some alterations to it I would be most grateful.

The last power slot can be for w/e ya want.
I decided to give you Conviction and Resurgence instead of MD and BCR, just so you'll have more dps w/o BCR's dmg penalty. Although BCR/RR combos well w/ MD, Resurgence is very good now too. I also decided to give you Str PSS and some points in Juggernaut, plus ERush as a 2ndary heal, and they should help w/ survival. Smoke Bomb lunge can also innately stun when used from enough distance. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.

the problem was :
Neither the Boomerang Toss nor the Riochet are MA Powers so they do not trigger the EB.
One might want to use the Kunari instead since thats a MA power.

I may also pass on getting R2 of Rebirth, and maybe consider a different self-res as well. Also, assuming that Chained Kunai tapped for the HoT adv, I wouldn't put R2 of it at a high priority (could maybe get the Open Wound adv instead, if it's being tapped).
In my build, RThrow isn't meant to be used too often- mostly as a opener from Sneak. It helps give some wide AoE to the build, since FClaws is mostly focused on single-target dps. I suppose you could get Shuriken Storm if you wanted a wide AoE that works w/ Steadfast, but that also doesn't have the burst dmg factor, and perhaps may not be what the OP wants visually.
