With such a large skirt I never though that it would be only available on skin and tights normal legs. Skeletal? Nope. Beast? Nope. It should be fine with just about every type of legs.
Plus what gives with attachning it to the legs? Those things had large metal wires along the upper portion down to the main ruffles. The upper part should be static with the lower portion under the draping able to move. It would look far more realistic... and I won't rape your eyes by showing my skeletal lady running along the ground.
