Munitions build with BCR

Hello, flowcyto!
I like BCR and MD more than other abilities for healing and defense.
In short, I'm trying to create something like this:
Munitions (TGM(furious), Breakaway shot(AP), bullet hail(AM refresh+wallofbullets) and quarry+BCR+Masterful dodge.

I want to do a lot of damage, but also stay alive as long as possible (preferably with BCR and Masterful Dodge). Is it possible to realize this idea? can quarry help with that?

    Breakaway Shot isn't a very efficient way of putting up AP (Frag Grenade w/ adv is preferable- or even just use Burst Shot), and I may use Night Warrior instead of Quarry (better for dps overall, and R3 NW has just enough passive dodge to get over 100% dodge w/ just R2 MD, while R3 Quarry alone doesn't quite get there). Here's an example build using Sharpshooter w/ enough powers that grant Furious:

    The last 2-3 power slots can be for w/e ya want. Bust Shot can put up and refresh AP (can also KD w/ its other adv), Bullet Hail can be the main AoE, and TGM is the main single-target attack. You have 2 heal options in BCR and Holdout Shot w/ adv (could be Mini Mines w/ adv instead). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
