Old Speedster to tank

Below is an old speedster build I've been using. I would like to reroll him into a dodge tank and am just wondering what I would need to switch around to do so.

    Yea, that's not going to be a proper tank if using a dps passive and w/o Challenge advs. If making it a dodge tank, I'd prob throw TKicks in there somewhere. You don't necc have to try for 100% dodge, but having high dodge w/ R3 LR, R3 TK's Lithe, and BCR/RR's healing is good enough for most things. Here's one example rework of it:

    TKicks can be used as a basic melee and AoE/cleave attack that also gives you a dodge buff, while Sword Cyclone can pull in enemies for more scattered groups. DU can put up Rush for extra energy (esp nice for Sword Cyclone, as it's costly) and provide a bit of burst dps and/or CC for single-targets. The ult can put up an extra threat debuff, though you could replace it w/ something else if you want. The open power slot can be for w/e ya want (maybe a power that has a self-heal adv, or something like Conviction). 100Hands is a bit redundant w/ TKicks (and doesn't give dodge), but you could throw it in there if you really want, for the theme (it at least has a Demolish adv). Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Dex and Rec.
